Director of Client Analytics

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time salaried Director of Client Analytics will manage a dedicated analytics team to generate actionable insights, advance analytical capabilities, and shape strategies that enhance financial and clinical performance for a major health plan partner, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals and performance indicators
• Deliver actionable insights and present findings to inform strategy and drive decision-making
• Manage and mentor a geographically distributed team of analysts, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or consulting, including 1+ year in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with payer data sources, including claims and membership datasets
• Strong technical proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SAS, Python, R, or similar tools
• Deep understanding of medical economics concepts and experience identifying cost optimization opportunities
