Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Navigation Client Channel Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client retention, satisfaction, and growth within the assigned strategic channel
  • Serve as an advisor to clients, recommending and executing best practices for services
  • Oversee a team of Client Leaders, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure successful relationship management


Required Qualifications
  • Ten+ years of experience in account management/client success in relevant industries
  • Proven track record managing large employer accounts (10,000 or more lives)
  • Ability to understand and develop financial projections and performance metrics
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex client relationships
  • Experience facilitating strategic planning discussions with clients
