Director of Client Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Client Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary executive contact for client program sponsorship and ensure successful strategic execution
• Drive business success by establishing effective operating processes and aligning teams with organizational strategies
• Lead and motivate teams while managing client relationships and ensuring effective delivery in a high-volume recruitment model

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in RPO or recruitment outsourcing with strong client management and operational skills
• Success in managing large-scale, multi-country RPO accounts in high-volume recruitment environments
• Experience leading high-performing teams and executing end-to-end recruitment solutions
• Expertise in recruitment metrics and data analysis to improve client delivery
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry or similar regulated sectors is a plus
