Director of Client Delivery

Job Summary

To enhance client onboarding and revenue cycle management, the full-time salaried Director of Client Delivery will manage CBO recruitment, oversee client implementation projects, and ensure compliance with performance metrics in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead initial contact with prospective clients to identify needs for Medical Billing and Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management services
• Oversee client delivery and center onboarding relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance benchmarks
• Analyze performance data to track CBO efficiency and conduct regular reviews with center leaders to drive continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or healthcare administration; graduate degree preferred
• 8-10 years of management experience in practice administration, client services, or healthcare reimbursement
• Experience as a Revenue Cycle Management leader in system conversions and process improvement
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools
• Deep understanding of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurers, including specialty contracts
