Job Summary

Experienced management consultants will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Director of Client Delivery, responsible for leading client engagements, managing a portfolio of accounts with P&L ownership, and driving strategic growth through exceptional client service and cross-functional team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client delivery and ensure project success across a portfolio of accounts, focusing on value and excellence
• Develop account strategies to expand client partnerships and align with client goals
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to enhance their consulting skills and deliver high-quality outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting or digital transformation consulting
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
• Strong commercial instincts for expanding accounts and introducing new services
• Solid financial and business acumen for effective decision-making
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
