Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Development, Ascend.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead rapid-response teams for high-value opportunities and manage specialist assignments
• Ensure orchestration of the high-net-worth customer journey by coordinating meetings and resources
• Manage internal stakeholders, providing updates and maintaining momentum across multiple teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of program/project management and/or sales operations experience
• Exceptional client-facing presence with the ability to tailor experiences for high-net-worth prospects
• Strong orchestration skills in calendar management and meeting facilitation
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams/Zoom, and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
