Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Development to drive business development for flexible legal talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with corporate legal departments
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to in-house legal leaders, delivering custom support
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the client network and drive revenue goals
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or consultative sales
  • Strong understanding of legal services and the in-house legal ecosystem
  • Proven ability to generate new business and grow client accounts within legal or professional services
  • Executive presence and comfort working with General Counsel and senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree required; JD strongly preferred
