Job Summary
To lead elite institutional client growth initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Client Development & Strategic Accounts will manage a portfolio of Fortune 100 relationships, architect strategic account management programs, and partner with global practice heads to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and scale the global strategic account management program, establishing growth KPIs for high-value client portfolios
- Partner with global practice group leaders to identify cross-selling opportunities across multi-jurisdictional practices
- Lead sophisticated client feedback programs, interviewing key stakeholders to uncover service optimization opportunities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, client development, or management consulting within a professional services or law firm environment
- Deep understanding of operational, financial, and regulatory challenges facing Fortune 500 executives
- Exceptional presentation skills and executive presence for leading high-level feedback sessions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications; MBA or JD preferred
