Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Education & Training.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee client readiness metrics including course completion and product adoption rates
Develop strategies to scale the education and training team for a growing client base
Lead the development of training services strategies, curriculum, and onboarding processes

Qualifications and Skills

Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Wordpress or Joomla
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Thought Industries or SkillJar
5+ years of experience leading education/training teams
Proven experience in developing and delivering client education programs in a SaaS environment
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
