Director of Client Engagement

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time salaried Director of Client Engagement will architect and oversee the client and family experience remotely, focusing on retention, crisis support, and collaboration with clinical teams to enhance treatment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the family engagement strategy to ensure high retention and successful clinical outcomes
• Oversee the family experience from intake through assessment, treatment, and discharge, while mitigating Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)
• Develop and maintain a network of community partners to support families and create innovative parent-engagement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Human Services, Psychology, or a related clinical field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in care coordination, family advocacy, or case management in a healthcare setting
• Deep subject matter expertise in the Medicaid system and challenges faced by families with autism
• Experience in a leadership capacity, with a focus on empathy and managing high-needs caseloads
• History of working in a digital health or tech-enabled environment to drive patient success
