Job Summary
As a strategic commercial leader, the full-time remote Director of Client Engagement will manage key client partnerships, drive account growth, and oversee complex global programs while collaborating with various business units to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and maintain executive-level relationships with priority accounts, acting as the primary strategic partner
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and oversee proposals and strategic initiatives in partnership with Sales and Commercial teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Significant experience in medical communications, healthcare communications, or agency leadership environments
- Proven success in managing strategic client partnerships and driving growth in complex global accounts
- Strong financial, commercial, and operational acumen, including forecasting and negotiation skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration and professional development
