Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial governance and ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards
• Monitor project budget health and identify margin improvement opportunities
• Lead and develop a team of Client Finance Managers, ensuring effective financial management across the client portfolio

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in pharma services/agency environments
• 5+ years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven success managing a team or large client portfolio within an agency or services organization
• Strong command of revenue mechanics and cash conversion processes
