Director of Client Finance

Job Summary

To ensure financial integrity and operational governance, the full-time remote Director of Client Finance will lead financial performance analysis, develop scalable financial models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth throughout the client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own revenue and margin forecasting methodologies and establish governance models to manage financial risk
• Interpret client-level financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership and account teams
• Oversee development and financial governance of contracts to ensure consistency and reduce commercial risk

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in progressive client finance roles within an agency, consulting, or project-based environment
• Proven experience building financial governance processes and scalable operating models
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, resource planning, and margin management
• Advanced Excel/modeling capabilities and comfort in data-heavy environments
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
