Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Client Funding Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the direction of Funding functions for ASO clients and manage day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet business objectives and performance standards
• Design and implement effective processes and policies to ensure quality and department metrics are met

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Operations, or a similar field
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in TPA Funding Workflow
• Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, and Outlook
