Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Client Growth Enablement Office to operationalize account growth and retention
- Develop frameworks and tools to identify and track client growth opportunities and translate insights into commercial strategies

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in client services, revenue enablement, or account strategy
- Proven success in driving revenue growth within a digital agency or consulting environment
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot and familiarity with CRM and automation tools
- Experience leading AI-enabled transformation and digital automation initiatives
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and account-based growth strategies
