Job Summary
Driving growth across mission-aligned opportunities within the Department of Homeland Security, the full-time hybrid Director of Client Growth will develop and execute strategies for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) while managing customer relationships and leading capture activities to convert opportunities into booked business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across USCIS and other DHS programs, identifying opportunities to enhance public-facing services
- Lead and support strategic pursuits throughout the federal opportunity lifecycle, from opportunity identification to proposal and award
- Build and maintain relationships with federal executives and stakeholders, connecting their needs to Ad Hoc's digital services capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant professional experience, with experience supporting USCIS or other DHS programs
- Demonstrated experience in federal account growth and developing qualified opportunities
- Existing customer and industry relationships within relevant DHS markets
- Experience across the federal growth and capture lifecycle, including account planning and opportunity qualification
- Working knowledge of federal acquisition processes and contract vehicles
