Director of Client Insights

Job Summary

Leading multiple beauty client accounts, the full-time remote Director of Client Insights will manage client relationships, drive growth through data-driven insights, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana's data and software solutions with their strategic goals
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 7 or more years of experience in the CPG industry or related, preferably with Beauty experience
• Insight and analytics experience using POS, panel, and other Circana solutions
