Director of Client Insights

Job Summary

To support client insights and marketing teams, the full-time remote Director of Client Insights will analyze POS and consumer panel data to identify trends and opportunities, deliver actionable insights, and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive client growth by aligning data and software solutions with client strategic goals
• Deliver insight-led solutions that translate complex data into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success and integrated solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred in business, marketing, analytics, or related field
• 8-12+ years of relevant experience in insights, analytics, or category management roles
• Demonstrated client-facing and leadership experience
• Proficiency with Unify+
