Job Summary

Managing a team focused on client invoicing and collections, the remote Director of Client Invoicing will oversee aged receivables, ensure timely billing, and enhance workflow efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for the collection of aged receivables and client invoicing
• Monitor and report on team performance objectives while ensuring quality and productivity goals are met
• Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying areas for process improvements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; or a related college degree with relevant experience
• Proven experience with Microsoft applications and strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong professional communication skills and attention to detail
• Basic mathematical skills and knowledge of investor guidelines preferred
