A company is looking for a Director of Client Management specializing in Denial Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Managers to prioritize and define organizational goals
• Define and improve internal processes and revenue cycle performance metrics
• Provide leadership and guidance to department managers and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle roles
• 5+ years of experience as a director or similar role in the hospital revenue cycle industry
• Familiarity with various Hospital Accounting and EMR Systems
• Experience managing denials programs preferred
