- Develop and implement a client onboarding and implementation strategy aligned with company objectives
- Identify and refine client onboarding workflows to enhance efficiency and improve customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and alignment on goals
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-7 years in a leadership role managing client onboarding/implementation teams in a B2B SaaS setting
- 3+ years managing direct reports
- Experience designing and implementing scalable client onboarding programs
- Strong analytical skills and experience using customer success tools
- Experience in stakeholder management
