A company is looking for a Director of Client Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees operations management of multiple employer worksites, focusing on health and fitness services
• Acts as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying healthcare trends
• Leads and mentors Health Center Leadership staff while managing complex client relationships and operational outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams
• Healthcare experience in a medical, pharmacy, fitness, or similar environment preferred
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
