Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees operations management of multiple employer worksites and serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities
• Implements innovative performance standards and manages complex client relationships while providing leadership and mentorship to Health Center staff
• Coordinates communication across virtual sites and manages site-level supervisors, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and in healthcare operations preferred
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process management
