Job Summary

Leading the implementation and eligibility functions, the remote Director of Client Operations will architect systems and processes for launching complex healthcare partnerships, ensuring operational alignment between Sales and Client Services while managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute implementation playbooks for high-quality client launches
• Build a scalable, automation-first implementation model to support growth
• Oversee end-to-end implementation for large-scale clients, ensuring data quality and operational standards

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technical implementations in the healthcare sector
• Proven track record with Health Plans, Health Systems, and Employers, managing implementations for 20k+ lives
• Hands-on experience with healthcare data exchange and eligibility file management
• Familiarity with CRM tools for implementation tracking, preferably Salesforce
• Experience in designing automation solutions within operational workflows
