Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

To oversee and direct operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, improve health center performance, and provide leadership to Health Center staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
• Identify and implement processes to enhance health center performance and define innovative performance measurement standards
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to site-level supervisors and manage relationships with multiple clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and in an operations function within healthcare
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
