Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, enhance health center performance, and lead strategic initiatives while mentoring Health Center Leadership staff.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction
• Implements innovative performance standards and identifies processes to improve overall health center performance
• Provides leadership and mentorship to site-level supervisors, managing a portfolio of health centers and clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years' experience in a business environment, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and healthcare operations
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to manage change effectively
