Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage health center operations, mentor leadership staff, and drive client satisfaction and performance improvements across the East region.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction
• Identify and implement processes to enhance health center performance and integrate corporate strategies
• Lead operational implementations and facilitate communication across virtual sites while managing complex client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
• Occupational Health experience is required
• Experience managing virtual teams and a background in healthcare operations preferred
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and budget responsibilities
