Job Summary
Overseeing operations management of multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance health center performance while mentoring leadership staff.
Key responsibilities
- Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
- Implements innovative performance standards and identifies processes to improve health center operations
- Provides leadership and mentoring to site-level supervisors, managing a portfolio of health centers and clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
- Occupational health experience is required
- Experience managing virtual teams and in an operations function is desired
- Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and budget responsibilities
