Director of Client Operations
Job Summary
Overseeing the operations management of multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, improve health center performance, and lead strategic initiatives while mentoring Health Center Leadership staff.
Key responsibilities
- Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
- Identifies and implements processes to enhance health center performance and integrates corporate strategies
- Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to site-level supervisors and manages a portfolio of health centers and clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
- Occupational Health experience required
- Experience managing virtual teams and operations in a healthcare environment preferred
- Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
