Director of Client Operations
Job Summary
Overseeing the operations management of multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, drive performance improvements, and lead Health Center Leadership staff to enhance healthcare services.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
- Identify and implement processes to improve health center performance and develop innovative performance measurement standards
- Lead operational implementations and manage complex client relationships across multiple lines of service
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment, with a focus on managing teams
- Occupational Health experience is required
- Experience managing virtual teams and knowledge of healthcare operations preferred
- Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
