Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management of multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will serve as the main client contact for strategic integration, improve health center performance, and lead a team of health center staff while managing client relationships and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
• Identify and implement processes to enhance health center performance, integrating corporate strategies and defining performance standards
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to health center staff while managing complex client relationships and operational initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
• Occupational Health experience required
• Experience managing virtual teams in a healthcare-related environment preferred
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
