Director of Client Operations
Job Summary
Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will serve as the main client contact for strategic integration, improve health center performance, and provide leadership and mentorship to Health Center staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and identify client needs related to healthcare trends
- Develop and implement innovative performance standards to enhance health center operations
- Lead and mentor site-level supervisors while coordinating communication across virtual sites
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment, with a focus on managing teams
- Occupational Health experience required
- Experience managing virtual teams and familiarity with healthcare operations
- Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
