Director of Client Operations
Job Summary
Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, improve health center performance, and provide leadership to Health Center staff.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and value-added strategies
- Identify and implement processes to enhance health center performance and integrate corporate strategies through innovative performance measurements
- Lead operational implementations and facilitate communication across virtual sites while managing complex client relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
- Occupational Health experience is required
- Experience managing virtual teams and in an Operations function is desired
- Prior budget and P&L responsibility is preferred
