Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will focus on client satisfaction, performance improvement, and strategic initiatives while managing health center leadership staff and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying healthcare trends
• Identify and implement processes to enhance health center performance and develop innovative performance standards aligned with corporate strategies
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to site-level supervisors while managing complex client relationships and operational outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
• Occupational Health experience required
• Experience managing virtual teams and familiarity with healthcare environments preferred
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
