Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Supporting the East region, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will oversee operations management for multiple employer worksites, focusing on client satisfaction, performance improvement, and strategic initiatives while mentoring Health Center Leadership staff.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, ensuring a focus on client satisfaction
• Identify processes to enhance health center performance and implement innovative performance standards aligned with corporate strategies
• Lead operational implementations post-go-live and facilitate communication across virtual sites while managing complex client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and healthcare operations in a medical or similar environment
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
