Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will serve as the main client contact for strategic integration, improve health center performance, and provide leadership to Health Center staff in the East region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and lead strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational outcomes
• Identify and implement process improvements and performance standards across health centers
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to site-level supervisors and staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in healthcare operations
• Experience managing virtual teams and prior budget/P&L responsibility
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
• Strong leadership skills and ability to interact at all organizational levels
