Director of Client Operations
Job Summary
Supporting the East region, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will oversee operations management for multiple employer worksites, enhancing client satisfaction and performance while mentoring Health Center Leadership staff.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
- Identify and implement processes to improve health center performance and develop innovative performance measurement standards
- Lead operational implementations post-go-live and facilitate communication across virtual sites while managing complex client relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
- Experience managing virtual teams and a background in healthcare operations preferred
- Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
- Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process management
