Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, drive performance improvements, and lead Health Center Leadership staff across the East region.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and proactive healthcare solutions
• Implements performance improvement processes and innovative standards that align with corporate strategies
• Provides leadership and mentoring to site-level supervisors, managing a portfolio of health centers and client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment, including managing virtual teams
• Healthcare experience in a medical, pharmacy, fitness, or similar environment preferred
• Demonstrated experience with budget and P&L responsibilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage change and build relationships at all organizational levels
