Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Supporting the East region in a full-time remote capacity, the Director of Client Operations will oversee operations management across multiple employer worksites, focusing on client satisfaction, performance improvement, and strategic initiatives while managing Health Center Leadership staff.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction and value-added strategies
• Identifies and implements processes to enhance health center performance and develops innovative performance measurement standards
• Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to site-level supervisors while managing relationships with multiple clients and health centers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and familiarity with healthcare operations
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems
