Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will focus on client satisfaction, operational performance improvements, and strategic initiatives while managing health center leadership staff.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying healthcare trends
• Implements processes to enhance health center performance and defines innovative performance standards aligned with corporate strategies
• Provides leadership and mentoring to site-level supervisors, managing a portfolio of health centers and client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment, including managing others and virtual teams
• Healthcare experience in a medical, pharmacy, or fitness environment preferred
• Demonstrated experience with budget and P&L responsibilities
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook required
