Job Summary
Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, drive performance improvements, and lead Health Center Leadership staff to enhance healthcare services.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
- Identify processes to improve health center performance and implement innovative performance standards aligned with corporate strategies
- Provide effective leadership and mentoring to site-level supervisors while managing relationships with multiple clients and health centers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in healthcare management
- Experience managing virtual teams and operations functions
- Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
- Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems
