Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, drive performance improvements, and lead Health Center Leadership staff while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction
• Identify and implement processes to enhance health center performance and define innovative performance standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site-level supervisors and manage a portfolio of health centers and clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment, including managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and in a healthcare environment preferred
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to manage change effectively
