Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing the operations management of multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, drive performance improvements, and lead health center leadership teams to enhance client satisfaction and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
• Implements innovative performance standards and processes to improve health center performance and aligns them with corporate strategies
• Provides leadership and mentoring to health center staff while managing multiple lines of service and client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and operations within a healthcare setting preferred
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
