Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing the operations management of multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, drive performance improvements, and provide leadership to Health Center staff.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and proactive identification of healthcare needs
• Implements processes to enhance health center performance and defines innovative performance standards aligned with corporate strategies
• Provides leadership and mentoring to site-level supervisors while managing a portfolio of health centers and client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and in healthcare operations preferred
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems
