Director of Client Operations
Job Summary
Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and mentor Health Center Leadership staff to enhance healthcare services.
Key responsibilities
- Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and value-added strategies
- Identifies and implements processes to improve health center performance and defines innovative performance standards
- Provides leadership and mentoring to site-level supervisors, managing a portfolio of health centers and clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, managing teams
- Experience managing virtual teams and in healthcare operations preferred
- Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
- Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems
