Director of Client Operations
Job Summary
Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, improve health center performance, and provide leadership to Health Center staff.
Key responsibilities
- Serves as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities while focusing on client satisfaction
- Identifies and implements processes to enhance health center performance and develops innovative performance measurement standards
- Provides leadership and mentorship to site-level supervisors and manages a portfolio of health centers and clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment, including managing virtual teams
- Healthcare experience in a medical, pharmacy, fitness, or similar environment preferred
- Demonstrated experience with budget and P&L responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage change effectively
