Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, enhance health center performance, and lead strategic initiatives while mentoring Health Center Leadership staff.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction and healthcare trends
• Identify and implement processes to improve health center performance and establish innovative performance measurement standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site-level supervisors, managing a portfolio of health centers and client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment, including management of virtual teams
• Healthcare experience in a medical, pharmacy, fitness, or similar environment preferred
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to manage change effectively
