Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing operations management for multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will focus on client satisfaction, performance improvement, and strategic initiatives while managing health center leadership staff.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying healthcare trends
• Identify and implement processes to improve health center performance, integrating corporate strategies and innovative performance standards
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to site-level supervisors while managing relationships with multiple clients and health centers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in healthcare, managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and familiarity with medical information management systems
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage change and build relationships at all organizational levels
