Director of Client Operations
Job Summary
Overseeing the operations management of multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, enhance health center performance, and lead a team while ensuring strategic alignment with client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, focusing on client satisfaction
- Identify and implement processes to improve health center performance and establish innovative performance standards
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Health Center Leadership staff, managing a portfolio of health centers and clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a business environment, with a focus on managing others
- Experience managing virtual teams and in healthcare operations preferred
- Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
- Strong leadership skills and ability to interact at all organizational levels
