Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing the operations management of multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Director of Client Operations will manage client relationships, improve health center performance, and provide leadership to Health Center staff.

Key responsibilities

• Acts as the main client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction
• Implements performance improvement processes and innovative measurements to align with corporate strategies
• Leads operational initiatives post-implementation while managing complex client relationships and site-level supervisors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and healthcare operations preferred
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
